The staff is so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door you feel like your family. Everyone is very knowledgeable and if provided they are unsure of an answer rather than just BSing and giving you the run around they remain honest and seek someone that has the correct information to provide you with. With it being mainly a criminal defense law firm I though it was amazing that everyone there possessed a judgment free personality and kept an open mind for belief in your true character. The main owner and man in charge sits in the board room at the end of the table attending to phone calls and bringing in new clients. He provides each potential client and established clients with good honest advise based on over 40 years in practice of law, goes over all possible options, explains every scenario that could come from your case and takes all factors into consideration before assigning you to the attorney practicing at the firm that has the most experience with cases similar to your own. He is warm and educated with a history of great stories and a heart for helping the community that needs him. He was chairman of the board at the local hospital for ten years, a world traveler with an intense love for little sausage dogs. His wife is wonderful as well and the office is dog and cat friendly making it even more appealing and fun to visit. Two cats have established residency in the building and will come and sit in your lap during consultations and meetings. There are not enough stars in the sky to rate this business it goes beyond any measure and I’m sure as long as the finding founder is there and in that boardroom it will stay that way for the years to come

A man ran me off the road in a 4 door jeep totaled my truck and put me in the hospital for 3 days Mr. Oswalds associate assigned to my case listened to me tell her exactly how it happened without interupting me then told me she would get to work on my behalf. As bad as my back still hurts every day I am thankful someones working for my best interst. They arre good peopleand will do their best for you whatever your situation. case listened

The legal staff of mr. Billy Oswald is very well-versed in every aspect of their job. Every process of my legal matter ran smoothly and the outcome was so fantastic!!! It was a great experience working with Mr. Oswald's staff!

This gentleman was very rude and could have went about his response in a different way, hopefully he gains better customer service skills in the future. Yes I understand business runs off money but present that in a better way sir. Your a horrible representation of the common person who wants to be treated respectfully.

You can tell that they care about their clients. They really listen to everything u have to say and make u feel like I've been heard.

Talked with a respective was told they will have Oswald call me back never received the phone call.
