I am genuinely baffled as to how this firm has received any 5-star reviews. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and deeply disappointing. Communication is virtually nonexistent — phone calls and emails go unanswered, and any attempt to get updates or clarification is met with silence or deflection. Throughout the entire process, I felt completely unsupported. Tasks that were clearly part of their responsibility were brushed off with a "not our job" attitude. Even after my bankruptcy was discharged, I found myself still dealing with unresolved issues that they refused to assist with — despite having paid them for their services. To make matters worse, I was charged additional fees that were never disclosed upfront. Transparency and accountability are clearly not priorities for this firm. If you’re looking for a law office that communicates poorly, provides minimal support, and takes your money without following through, this one certainly delivers. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
