These people are horrible and even when the place you owe never contacted you and didn’t bill your insurance correctly when they got back and get the payment and pay the attorneys fees they lie and say they didn’t and send out an order to garnish your wages and then you have to request a hearing to get your money back that they already were paid. They are always rude when you call and they never communicate at all unless it is to try and make more money by requesting hearings and filing orders with the court. All for money you don’t even owe and has already been paid. They have zero people skills or compassion at all and don’t care what the situation is all they care about is money.

The people employed by this "Law Firm" are very shady. They garnished my adult kids account when we were already making payments and they have nothing to do with this debt. I have been calling everyday sometimes twice a day trying to get my kids reimbursed. They are just giving us the run around and making excuses on when they will get reimbursed. My next step will be to file a formal complaint with the Kansas Bar Association on this attorney and law firm.

While dealing with ARSI and the people on the phone like mallorie are great... the attorney Amber Brehm and Dianne Rosell sux as lawyers and how the judge let's them get away with the stuff they do it's absurd. They never have proper accounting or records of ur debt. They will say u owe more then u do when u dnt. They will claim to the judge u don't have a payment plan when u do. Their favorite thing is to present papers that should have been in the original submittions and papers u recieve that get presented to u last minute. They love to file unneeded continuances just hoping ull pay off the debt number they give u. And sadly ull barely see this actual lawyer and most the time see Ms rosell. Disorganized, shady law firm that only cares what they take u for, even if u admit to the debt and ready to pay for it they will continue to waste ur time bringing u to unneeded court and make sure the account of what u owe is wrong

Yes they are a collection agency, and they come off a little intimidating at first. My experience has been the complete opposite of everyone else. Called and was connected within 5 minutes, asked about my balance, paid in full, case is dropped and I don’t have to attend any legal obligations. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and helpful. I know they have a bad rap but overall this was probably the least hassle I’ve experienced with a collections office. No shame, everybody’s got debts.

I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone. I had asked them in the beginning if I was able to pay my surgeon directly and I was told no because they are representing my surgeon only to find out 5 years later that I could have been paying my surgeon the whole time and my balance had only gone down $200 after paying on it for almost 6 years. They are rude, nasty, and hateful. Wish I would have been able to just pay my surgeon what I owed him but they charged me crazy interest fees that it wasn't an option anymore I had to pay not only what I owed the surgeon but over $1,400 to them as well and interest. They are doing the devil's work that's for sure.

This office purposely puts you off on the phone so they can Garnish wages. To what purpose I am not sure. I called after leaving court offering to pay but I was told to wait until the court findings have been entered and I had a "pay agreement" I never got a pay agreement. I did however end up with garnishment papers in my mail saying they were going to take 25% of every paycheck. I called back and said I asked to pay this in full but they had already taken $700 from my husbands paycheck. This all happened in the matter of 6 weeks. Not months, weeks, I didn't put them off all of this was a big misunderstanding of the bill Carepoint had with my family.

Sadly, I’ve tried to work out a payment plan with them several times over last few months. However they refuse and keep taking me to court 3 hours one way from my home. Wasting more money in gas just to rack up more attorney fees... they don’t want to collect them money they want to rack up your bill and continue to do steal and cheat money from others trying to fix issues to make a living! Please file a dispute with the disciplinary administrator of Kansas! This is the only collection attorney who I know of who won’t work with you to set up payment arrangements. And sadly with courts they have all the power.
