It is possible to keep your sanity and protect yourself financially while navigating the legal process of separation and divorce in NC. I can say this because I witnessed it firsthand as a client of Mr. TIse. My husband and I only met with Mr. Tice for a consultation so what I can say is limited. His office staff is lovely and we were able to get an appointment quickly. Mr. Tice seems very knowledgeable about the area of family law in NC. He was able to give us some good advice and options about how to handle the issue we are faced with. However, since it originates from a different state there really wasn't a lot he could do for us. I think if someone is looking for a Family Law attorney Mr. Tice is definitely worth meeting with because he will be upfront and honest with you.
