Had an accident 3.5 years ago and my manager at the time denied it so I had witnesses and customers that saw it so I got an attorney because I broke my knee. Workers comp kept on dragging it out but the law firm kept up with it. I'm the end, my employer put falsehoods in my file and drug me through the mud. I was there 15 years and that's how they treated me. I wasn't my best on the stand so my attorney suggested I settle for a decent amount but I had to resign. They did the best they could and I would recommend them to anyone. My work had it out for me. At least I got something because they were going to terminate me. So I am very glad and lucky it turned out this way. I have to find another job and they can't slander me so that's a plus. They did their best to get me a decent settlement. Workers comp is ruthless.
