The firm has been taking care of my needs since I was 18 now im in my early 60s. I have reached out to the firm for their services many times for tax services and different estate issues.My concerns were always satisfied within a timely manner and presented in a professional atmosphere. I would recommend them for any tax issues estate plus other definitely and dedicated firm.

David Roth is a very patient and very helpful with a POA. We are grateful to him for helping my Mother in Law- we had so many questions and Dave was wonderful. Our family highly recommend Dave Roth!!!

Larry Roth completed my taxes for 2024. I had informed Mary that my BIL would be making payment and picking up my taxes when he picked his up. Mary emailed me the required forms for me to sign. All was good until it wasn’t. The few times I spoke with Mary on the phone she’d mention I needed to schedule an appointment to come in to pay, sign and pick up my taxes. I, more than once had to remind her she emailed me the required form(s) to sign and my BIL would be picking up my taxes. She also emailed me a few times requesting that I schedule an appointment to come in to pick up my taxes. She apparently isn’t familiar with keeping "notes" on the clients as to their specifics. I had given Mary my bank information to have my refund direct deposited. I received an email from USPS Informed Delivery showing a photo of my tax refund check. At the time I was having difficulty receiving my mail. (long story) I called the office and spoke to Larry. I stated that because of his office I was in a difficult situation. I told him I had requested my refund be direct deposited yet I had an email that it was in the mail. He confirmed he didn’t state when filing my taxes my refund was to be direct deposited. He was arrogant, rude and indignant asking "what do you want me to do about it, there’s nothing I can do". I replied "an apology would be nice". A simple "I’m so sorry, unfortunately there’s nothing I can do" would’ve sufficed. Instead Larry was rude, defensive and took zero accountability for an error HIS office made. Either Mary never gave Larry my bank information for direct deposit or Larry was given my bank information, and was incompetent and overlooked the information and filed my taxes with my refund to be mailed. April 15th I received an email from Lori Burns stating my 2024 taxes were completed and filed and that they regret to inform me they will no longer do my taxes. The subject of the email was "Income Taxes". It should’ve been "Income Tax". It seems no one in this office is competent! HA! As if, after the incompetence, rudeness and arrogance I experienced from Larry and Mary I would trust their office with any of my needs. The good news is the post office intercepted my check and called me to let me know they had it which saved me the time and headache it would’ve taken me to investigate this matter with the IRS and USPS. Can you believe the USPS is more competent than Larry and Mary? I can! PS: The person that referred me to The Roth Law Firm stated the office did the same thing to them. They had given their bank information for direct deposit and received a check in the mail.

David Roth is a simple man that makes his living off what others have worked for. Yes he is a shyster! He thinks he deserves the heirs entitlement and doesn’t even notify you properly. Tells different liabilities and claims every time you talk to him, while nothing is filed in the courts to show it. Charges enormous amounts of money for little to no substantial work at all. Doesn’t even file with the courts proper documents showing receipts, sales, etc but keeps them hid in the office. Doesn’t even file with the courts in a timely fashion about heirs and never properly informs them of what they are entitled. Never even sends a claim form and when asked for one doesn’t even respond. Pulls all kinds of cheating games with the heirs money especially when someone dies intestate. Thinks he is smooth by bringing other family members claiming he needs help so as to take more from an estate. He will take as much as he can because the Judges in Allentown allows him to do it. He should work for something instead of taking it from those it rightfully belongs to. HE SHOULD BE AUDITED BY THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT!

Robert Roth is an honest lawyer, trusted and great person. Over the years I have had work with him on many different areas from properties transfers to buying to after death properties inheriting. All went good.

Dave Roth is a shyster who generates his income by racking up administrative fees of Estates the Lehigh County Orphans' Court assigns to him. The court forces this huckster's over priced services on unwitting heirs of estates. The Orphans' Court feeds him a steady supply of new estates to systematically dismantle, one court order at a time through his dad, Larry's, influence peddling as a member of the Lehigh County Orphans' Courts Rules Committee. Too bad Dave doesn't think he has to play by them. His goal (through frivolous litigation and re-litigation of matters already litigated) is an administrative bill larger than the value of the estate. He then acquires a court orders to convert all the property of your loved one's estate (real and personal) to cash, at pennies on the dollar. Even though when he was first appointed, the estate had NO debt. He then petitions the court for a close and if your a beneficiary, don't expect anything. His philosophy is, if your an heir of an estate, you are entitle to nothing. If your a named beneficiary in someones will, you are entitled to nothing. As court appointed administrator of your loved one's estate, he will show up with a court order entitling himself to everything, He will hide behind that court order (fraudulently acquired) until every asset is gone. I needed a very simple thing changed to a will, called over a dozen times and emailed several times over the past 5 months, I would talk to the receptionist and constantly promised a call back but never heard back.
