My experience with Blanchard & Walker was Amazing!! I hate to sound cliché, but David and Olivia made me feel like family. From our first conversation I could tell that they were just as concerned about my issue as I was. They moved on the matter IMMEDIATELY and procured a more than satisfying result within weeks not months or years!! The persistent communication through every step of the process from Olivia was unmatched! Their customer service was soo warm and refreshing while maintaining the professionalism you'd expect from a top-tier law firm. Recently worked with Frances Hollander, needing a consult on a severance package. I was provided with a completely free consult, which lasted more than 30 minutes of her time; also having been contacted the day before to answer some starting questions, so all in all my time accounted for an hour of their working time. Not only was the response quick, and efficient in covering every aspect of the agreement, as well as asking background questions to ensure I was covered completely; Frances was also extremely personable and caring about my situation.
