Recommend READING BEFORE signing with Ben Muth: I am an injured client of Ben’s in the past and I was treated terribly throughout my experiences working with his firm. I DO NOT recommend Ben and his firm for the following reasons: 1. Ben disrespected and yelled at me over the phone with extremely rude remarks despite being injured and vulnerable. He sent me a follow up email that Chat GPT wrote, which was incredibly insincere just to cover his bases. 2. His entire staff quit overtime, he had over 4 paralegals work for him over their course of the 2 years I was there. Some employee’s expressed Ben reading through their private emails. 3. Ben would downplay the severity of my injuries and the impacts the car accident had on me. 4. His previous staff assistants talked badly about him to my face and shared horrific stories of him as a boss, behind his back. 5. Haley (who was phenomenal) left the firm, and Ben took over my case jeopardizing the financial outcome and delayed the timeline significantly. 6. Ben and his staff made significant errors on paperwork and address files delaying my case verdict even further. 7. Ben asks people, who ARE NOT CLIENTS to write reviews about his firm. Seems pretty slimy if you ask me. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more experienced, empathetic, and kind personal injury lawyer. If I had been informed of my options to seek different lawyer support, I would have. Don’t make the same mistakes I made…
