Unfortunately, you may find yourself well into his service before you start to notice this side of him. If you're interested in suing, his every conversation will push you to settling because it's faster money and less work for him. He may weaken your case by keeping important deadlines and info from you that eventually makes settling the only option. He can not empathized with you staying at an abusive company because you had a hard time finding a new job or are suffering form PTSD, making it harder for you to move on in fear of dealing with the same at a new job. Instead, he was tell you, it must not have been that bad since you stayed so long. He has even admitted that he doesn't fight as hard as he use to because these companies will not change. That's not someone you want on your side.

He is excellent with maintaining great communication. I always felt well informed and "in-the-loop" the entire time working with him. The second I asked him to represent me, he dove head first, doing the best he could to get me the results I asked for. I was very pleased with his work and he will be my first go to if I require any future legal help.

I can tell you that Neil Hyman knows what he is doing. I was surprised to see how two other attorneys could not even understand what was going on and didn't know the law. Consulting with a competent lawyer like Hyman was a welcome change.

Sought consultation. His response was insensitive and dismissive. There is a polite way to say that one is unwilling to take on your case without accusatory and/or dismissive language. He did not display such professionalism to me.
