Jay Romano was amazing ! He truly is the best! He explains thoroughly and guided me properly during such difficult time. I am very thankful for his knowledge and ethic in the laws but also with dealing with others.

Working with Mr. Romano was a nightmare. As a disabled person, a disability attorney is supposed to be on your side, understand accommodations, and not be ableist and confrontational. Mr. Romano's professionalism greatly lacked, including being dismissive, constant attempts to try and change our contract, constant texts and emails asking for money early or via paypal or zelle - outside of our contract, failure to make accurate revisions to the filing, multiple emails and communications with opposing counsel offering things I had not agreed to or had yet to discuss with Mr. Romano. I highly, highly caution anyone even considering this person. I also recommend that you look at his record with the FL bar, and see that these actions are not one off and have likely occurred with others and I implore those individuals to come forward too. Mr. Romano was one of the largest contributors to the exacerbation of my health issues due to his incompetence, laziness, and sheer harassment. It is very obvious that there are issues in Mr Romano's life he feels the pressures of, and he is passing that off onto his clients. I have not yet had the health to do so yet, but I intend to contact the FL bar and report and share what has happened as this is not his first offence. And Mr. Romano, I know you will see this, and I have said all of this directly to you several times, but you need to do better and uphold ethics and compassion for your clients and operations.
