I have been working with a number of attorneys at Spink Butler for a number of years now in a number of areas of the law, including entitlements, dispute resolution, leasing and collections. I have found each of these attorneys to be very responsive and knowledgeable and there advise very practical. Of equal importance, their fee structure is reasonable.

Richard Andrus is a horrible and unprepared attorney. He worked against our best interests and only was about getting paid, even if it meant lying to the client to do so. Hiring him weakened our case because the work he was billing for wasn't getting done. This cost us a massive financial loss at the table. He was deceptive in order to keep our case going. He gave advise that served to inflate his billable hours and gave the defense an easy foothold. He is qualified to do paralegal work at best. He is not smarter than you. You have been warned. We were double billed. Our evidence was lost and ignored. And a pre-mediation settlement offer was never relayed to us. He showed up with no notes and was totally unfamiliar with our case after 30+ hours of working on it. He made us weak instead of strong.
