I was discouraged after coming to an end of what workman's comp thought they could do. My mom thought it was time to involve a lawyer so she found Monroe law office. Darren made everything easy and helped me to actually reach a settlement for my previous employer and my injury that occurred during my employment. Worst attorney ever. Had a major ankle break, Broke both bones at the ankle one broke in 5 places other snapped clean. Also tore the ligaments in my ankle and dislocated it during a fall at work. During my arbitration Mr. Monroe explained my injury as a sprained ankle. I was dumbfounded at his lack of knowledge to my injury and to the extent of how bad it was. I was completely shocked at how little he did for me in my case and wish I had never hired the man. I hobbled away with a very little settlement due to the fact I was afraid to have him represent me in a court. I would never trust him to any law case ever not based on the way he represented me with my injury. This was several years ago and I have yet to forget how I felt so cheated over my settlement and to this day I still have pain in my ankle and have to be careful how I step or move on that leg. To this day I wish I had an attorney that read my medical chart and represented me we the drive to win and got me what I deserved for the injury I had and the pain I have to live with. Well here we are 20 11/4/2023 and today my ankle pain is really hurting and yep I am back to pre injury condition per INS and I get to live in pain the rest of my life and got the raw end of the deal as I could not trust this guy to go to court for me.
