Skip was very attentive and professional in dealing with us during our construction contract review. He wrote an addendum to the contract that eventually protected us down the road. When our builder failed to start the project, Skip helped us recoup our deposit. He helped us navigate the court system every step of the way. We'll continue to use him for all of our legal transactions.

I called this Firm to ask him some questions. I asked who I was speaking as law firms have paralegals. He replied this is ...Sperry - " did you not know who you called." I replied that firms have paralegals and I wanted to know who I was speaking to.. he said, what is your name and I replied... he then said, "How can I help you..." I told him that Never mind, there's "a touch of "attitude here." Arrogance is an understatement!
