I strongly recommend hiring Stefan Jouret. I hired him to represent me in my divorce appeal and to represent me with my post-judgment divorce issues. While 90% of appeals fail, Stefan won my appeal on most of the issues we appealed. In the first several months I worked with Stefan, he did more and much better legal research than all of my previous lawyers combined. He also sent me much of that research when I requested it so that I could actively participate in the preparation for my case. Unlike most of my other lawyers, Stefan cared deeply about my case and put my best interests ahead of his own, including giving me advice that at times would minimize his fees.
