I was referred to Alan H. Creed by a friend in 2019.. Alan accepted my case and started working right away. Covid 19 slowed things down so much to be honest, I gave up on the case. The one person who never did is Alan H. Creed. Months and years would go by and Alan Creed constantly stayed in touch with me. We had our first deposition in early 2025. At this point in my life all I wanted to do is forget about what happened and move on with my life. I did not want to constantly hear the names of the Compamy and people that mistreated me. I told Alan Creed that I do not think that I can go through this. He told me that we have to keep fighting so that I could be properly compensated.
