Lori was excellent and got me the exact outcome I hoped for! She was very calm and easy to work with but also direct and did a great job setting my expectations. Her calmness could be mistaken for a lack of attentiveness but nothing could be further from the truth. She was on top of the situation the whole way through and on occasion spared me some details that would have simply caused me stress. Her style is exactly what I needed in a high-stress period of my life.

She is extremely helpful and intelligent. She explained the entire process to me and guided me through the very beginning until now. Lori always makes time to speak with you or see you, and she cares about your case as if it were her own. She's a fighter and she's a winner. She's definitely a lawyer I recommend who I trust and has demonstrated success.

I crack up at upset people complaining about "free consultations" and not having their irrational expectations met. Time is money and good advice isn't free nor is representation free. You aren't going to get the full spectrum of services/advice unless you are a client. Attorney's don't work that way. Until you hire them they will only give general advice based on very limited information you provide as a starting point for further discussion--which are paid. If you want real advice why not offer to compensate for some of the time. It's not outrageous money. This is what my spouse and I did with Lori--we appreciated her expertise and compensated her for her time--and she was exceptional. Value people's time and you will receive the same.

Very rude, and impersonal. Tried asking simple questions, was very hard to hear over the phone and when i asked politely what she said, she raised her voice rudely. somewhat helpful, but could be nicer about other peoples situations, especially if im considering hiring her.

Terrible experience, I would not recommend. The first call she was rude until I gave her money and she perked up. Any clarifying questions were not answered or responded to.

My experiences with Lori were positive, she was professional and friendly. Her expertise meshed with my needs.

Literally just got off the phone. She barely talked, was not helpful, did not address any of my questions just told me to call Illinois Department of Labor, I said thank you for your help and she hung up. I definitely recommend consulting else where.
