I was referred to Sean Brown by a good friend of mine for an accident my daughter was involved in. Kari Murphy is the attorney that was assigned to my daughter’s case with a William James assisting her on the case as well. When I first contacted them they were very attentive. William would respond to my emails about updates on my daughter’s case. Unfortunately, that same support I got in the beginning has stopped. I have called and sent emails and have not received any updates. The last correspondence I had with someone was July 17th with William James. I know that some cases can take some time but not receiving any updates makes me feel like they’ve forgotten about our case. It’s disappointing at the least to come see all these positive reviews and not have the same experience. I hope to get an update soon.
