I was the defendant in a long term case where Mr. Ericks was attorney from plaintiff. All that I have to say about this man is communication is key. An attorney here.... is going to cost me $250,000 in Law Suit losses. I had to basically do all the research on my own case. I had to prepare all my own forms and letters (with some assitance) because they were done incorrectly. I sent an email listing all the mistakes that were made .... including in court using a defense that hurts my other cases, saying things in letters that hurt my other cases, not responding to opposing council, not filing motions, not sending cease and assist, causing us to have to go back to court when it could have been prevented, etc. All of the things to help my cases.... I had to ask for them to do. Instead of the attorney prompting me saying they "We're going to take these next steps to help your case"...and handle it themselves. Now the attorney is dropping everything ... after making everything 10x worse than they were when we got started. I've reached out to management without a response as of yet.

Was told they would not take my case because I am "suing" and not being "sued". Completely ridiculous. You cannot pick and choose your clients like this especially when you specialize in a very small area of law with too many lawyers to staff.

I wanted help with an immigration case, and they asked for me to pay 1500.00 before they would submit my case. I never got a call to hear about my case, when I called to ask about it, all I was told was to pay more money plus the 5 minutes call cost me 250.00. After three months of doing nothing they said my original payment had been spent since 3 months had passed, and to talk any further about the case I would have to give another 1,500. Basically all they did was do a Google search and found answers I found in a couple of seconds after I had found them.
