This law firm agreed to take up litigation to serve me papers--for another person who has the same first and last name as me, but we have different middle names *and* I don't live in the same county as the originally intended individual. I'm easy to find on the internet because I'm a physician, and I'd like to think there should be a basic level of competence to do simple research and realize that distinction, especially when hiring unprofessional and confrontational servers who disrupted my practice all for no reason.
