I received great advice when I first talked to Jay Jester about what my rights were. However, 2 week’s later when I sent him a contract to review for me, I heard NOTHING. I emailed him again and called, with no reply. I wound up reviewing it on my own. 1.5 months later, I received a notice that my payment was overdue, when I had never received an initial invoice. When I emailed the office person that I had not heard from Jay, she apologized for the lack of responsiveness and said he would be callling. He never did. Disappointing.

A few days prior to my consultation they requested I first submit a consultation payment ($375) and send them paperwork relevant to my situation, which I did. When I arrived for my consult the attorney, Justin Plaskov, was completely unprepared. He spent a couple minutes glancing at some of the evidence and simply said he didn't think I had a case. He then asked if I wanted a refund or if he could look something up on Google. I said go ahead with the search and after several minutes of staring at his screen he simply said I could look at this website for more info. Since it was obvious he wasn't interested in helping I asked if it was too late for that refund. He simply smiled and said that it was. So essentially I paid $375 for them to look something up on Google and then smile at me. These guys claim to be lawyers, but in reality they are leeches who prey on those who genuinely need help.
