This review is long overdue. Jim is excellent lawyer who is effective, honest, and transparent. He was able to resolve a probate case another lawyer had prolonged. I highly recommend him & would turn to him again for legal assistance.

Jim truly went the extra mile to make sure our case was taken care of. He is an excellent communicator and explained exactly what to expect during each part of the process. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Jim was consistently willing to sit down to talk and answer each one of my questions and put me at ease. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get through our case. He has been so amazingly empathetic, knowledgable , and professional for myself and my family. I can't say enough about how great he has been, and can't recommend him enough!

Jim Joplin is my ANGEL! I don’t usually leave reviews, but he deserves one. I am extremely thankful for him. This man has went above and beyond for me and my boys!! He took on a not so normal every day case... Which was difficult and a very long drawn out process...that others said it was hopeless to even try... And won the entire case!! He always made sure he had everything he needed for every court hearing.. He is absolutely dedicated to his job and what he does! He has always been able to make time to speak to me and answer any of my questions or concerns... He definitely got me my life back basically!!! And I can't thank him enough... This case was literally told to me from every one.. Lawyers friends and family.. That it would be impossible to try to take on.. Not only did he take it on... He won the entire case... And it was a victory for everything involved with the case!! He will dedicate the time needed to make sure you get the outcome you deserve!!

This is the worst lawyer you can hire , run and run away fast because he will take your money amd forget you. This so called called attorney never returns your phone calls amd doesn’t give a hoot about you!!! Hire Luis Yáñez cause that’s what I did when I still had Jim on the payroll.
