I recently scheduled an appointment with David Lee at Miller Butler and had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that being sick is unavoidable, the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. On the morning of my appointment, I received a last-minute text canceling our meeting, despite having taken time off work to attend. David then proceeded to text me, claiming he had attempted to call me prior to the appointment, which was untrue. All communication had been via text, and no effort was made to collect my information or offer alternate ways for me to provide details about my case, such as an email address. Despite my efforts to share as much information as possible with his assistant beforehand, it was clear that no preparation had been done. I understand that being sick is unplanned, but what I find unprofessional is the overall lack of organization, communication, and preparation. To add to this, David expressed repeated concerns via text about not accepting my MetLife insurance due to prior negative experiences with them. This was emphasized multiple times, making me feel that my case was not being treated with care or professionalism. While this was my experience, I recommend others use caution when working with this law firm.

We are so thankful for the efforts of Mr.David Lee. He was the law guardian for our grand children .who would have known that he became our batman he search for justice and found truth .I am so grateful that he was the appointed law guardian, my grandchildren took a liking to Mr David Lee...from. my grandchildren they say Mr.Lee was easy to talk to and fun to be around.. We will forever appreciate your efforts and your help..

David Lee worked our case and did an exceptional job. He is professional, polite, helpful and happy to work with you on your case. He communicates well through out the process, he is patient with any questions or concerns you may have and explains everything thoroughly so you know exactly what’s going on.

I regret to say that my experience with this law firm, particularly attorney Kate Hill, was incredibly disappointing. I scheduled a consultation appointment with Kate after her assistant assured me that there were no conflicts of interest that would prevent her from representing me. However, after Kate spoke with my ex-wife's attorney, who happened to be my opposition, she suddenly claimed that a conflict existed, rendering her unable to represent me in any future matters. It is deeply concerning that Kate's decision seemed to be influenced by conversations with the opposing party's attorney. This indicates a lack of integrity and independence on her part, which are essential qualities for any lawyer. A lawyer's primary duty should be to advocate for their client's best interests, not to bow to pressure from the other side. Overall, my experience with this law firm, particularly with attorney Kate Hill, has left me questioning their professionalism and commitment to their clients. I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as their actions suggest a weak and easily swayed legal representation.

My wife and I did extensive research before choosing this firm for our estate planning. Maggie Geren Hurt was so helpful and informative, and patient with all of our many questions. We found the process of setting up wills for ourselves and a trust for our children easier than we thought it would be! They were very professional, timely, and paid attention to the details. I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing to do estate planning.

Awesome law firm!! My attorney was Mrs. Victoria Bruton, and she is an excellent attorney. She represented me in my divorce. She is professional, and kind, laced with the fighting spirit that you want your attorney to have. She was always there when I reached out with any question or situation that arose, and she knows the laws of Arkansas inside and out.
