My experience with Mr. Fagerholm is that he is both brilliant and caring. I was extraordinarily glad he was on my side. I had a very challenging situation with a duplicitous former staff member. Mr Fagerholm clearly explained the potential legal ramifications (I was in the right but there are individuals who make their living ‘gaming’ the system. I hope you never experience one but if you do, hire, John.) He then wrote an ironclad release for settlement. He was incredibly patient and responsive to the former staff member’s completely unreasonable demands. John was able to write the release in such a way as to protect me and still mollify the unstable individual. If you have anything from a relatively minor situation to one involving millions, I really do believe Mr. Fagerholm will make a stressful situation less stressful. I have been a business owner for 26 years and from time to time have had to employ legal counsel. John was the top of the top! I want to give a shout out to his support stuff too. Of course, you would be dealing with them, too, and I had a very positive experience with them. Small business stay away won’t be able to afford, they are probably good for big corporations like Coca Cola or McDonald’s . For any small businesses owner dealing with a labor dispute it’s best to deal directly with the employee that you’re having the dispute with. It will be way cheaper to pay the employee out directly than paying attorneys fees. These guys will milk you out till you go dry. Put your ego a side and be wise.
