This firm started great. For some reason or another the Paralegal and the lawyer started getting frustrated and becoming unprofessional. All I wanted was an update on the way things were going, I've been very diligent, for lawyer to give up on a client so easy with frustration i felt as if she didnt want to deal with the case in the beginning. I've never dealt any firm that goes a long period of time with communication and becomes unprofessional with a client without reasoning! I don't recommend anyone honestly. I'm glad to know that my case will prosper with or without any firm, I've dealt with better lawyers! Always trust your gut!

Although my case was very small I received 5 star care and help navigating worker compensation. It was amazing having a team help me through the process and being on my side during my two year journey. There was always someone to answer my phone call and listen to me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, they are worth it!! Would never have made it through or gotten the settlement I did without the team of Oxner + Permar PLLC being on my side.

I’ve had a bad experience with an attorney at this firm who presented herself to me as a skilled professional in her law of practice. However, this attorney proved and presented herself as grossly incompetent and eager to jump onboard a case that she thought would yield a quick settlement and when it didn’t she quickly abandoned me as a client and filed a withdrawal giving me no notice prior to doing so, which left me un-represented and uninformed as to why. This attorney served as my legal representation for less than 3 weeks and performed terribly in a mediation then jumped ship after leaving me no notice instead I got surprised with an email copy of a withdrawal. I strongly recommend anyone looking at this firm for legal representation to think twice and research the attorney to see if they are capable "Trial Competent Lawyers" or if they are Opportunist minded who seek quick settlement offers and if that fails abandon the client with no notice.

Holland Ferguson was my attorney. Between her and her assistant I would say they did an amazing job. Questions was answered emails and calls were returned promptly. I would recommend this law firm to anyone dealing with a worker's comp case. I could tell they both genuinely cared about what was in my best interest.
