Very prompt. Articulated information very clearly and answered all my questions. It made my day. My employer's accounting and payroll person was trying to argue I was not entitled to overtime 1.5 rate because the pay period hours do not line up with the workweek. Lore Law answered my question within an hour of my initial inquiry.

Here was my question? If I worked 86 hours in a 2 week period then I should be getting paid time and a half but my boss stated because she didn't ask me to work over time, I'm getting paid regular rate instead of overtime pay. Can she do this under state law? I reached out yesterday and after filling out a short inquiry I received an email and text stating my question was being reviewed, with in 20 hours I received an email and text saying a response had been given, it wasn't quite what I was looking for so I texted the number back and instantly received an email with exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased.

She was recently dealing with a case that I was involved with and I could not get her to return emails or any phone calls. She pushed the entire case to the wayside and did not speak to any victims in the case. If she does not want to or know how to she just pushes things to the side not caring what happens to the people involved. Sadly, someone who was in the wrong got off on no charges due to her not wanting to do her job. Be very careful with this one if you choose her for representation.

Have a case of not overtime and incorrect pay for 9 months. Well into 12000, they werent interested in because it wasnt feasible. Contact was also very rude. Had to explain simple.things over and over
