Never spoken to a ruder lawyer (which he made sure to point out). Higgs was rude and cursed at me during a phone conversation I really hope he doesn't treat his clients like that.

I cannot speak to the Legal services they provide because of the incompetence of the administrative staff. For months I have been waiting just to hear WHEN they will work on my documents. I have been there in person, just to be told: Jeanne doesn't come in till later in the day, I can't answer questions about schedule. I left my phone number asking to be called. After two weeks I called them, Jeanne said they wrote down my number wrong and I couldn't be reached. Via email Jeanne said she will have an answer by the end of the day. Two weeks passed with no word from them. The administrative staff does not seem to keep track of or write things down. I've been waiting 3 months to have a lease agreement reviewed. And they still haven't given me an approximate date of when I will be on their schedule. 10 for 10 would recommend going anywhere else.

If you need a lawyer pls don’t go to this firm they are in the bed with the D.A office and can’t remember facts about your case note file the appropriate motions. My lawyer was aware that the judge had no oath of office but because they were friends he didn’t want to do the right thing in my case. You’ll be better off with a public defender than this law firm

I am not a customer, but had the unfortunate experience of trying to turn around in this business's parking lot. A female employee was leaving as I pulled in. She sped up to go nose to nose with my car, and then proceeded to lay on the horn and flip me the bird. She then parked her car and came to my window to start screaming at me. I politely explained that I just wanted to turn around, and asked her to back up so I could do so. She refused, adamant that I didn't need to be there. As this was happening, her boss (the attorney) came out of the door and approached the car. I explained I didn't feel comfortable backing out and would prefer to turn around in the parking lot, and again asked the woman to back up so I can turn around. He then said if I didn't leave he would call the cops, and made sure to emphasize that he was an attorney and that I was "trespassing." Again, I am not a customer, but I did want people to be aware of the way that this business treats people in general.

PLEASE READ! Jay Emerson ! you have a phone number that’s similar to mine and it’s also actually written incorrectly as mine on another website. I don’t know if you are selling properties or what but i’ve been getting phone calls, texts, voicemails asking for you or Rhonda, for years. I’ve tried calling back and texting and they never reply.
