His associate John Schneider was the rudest person I have ever talked to. He belittled me and a bank associate helping me. Swore raised his voice and wouldn’t allow me to speak. Every word out of his mouth got louder and crueler. We maybe said four words. They never returned an email I sent.

Dan and his firm is NOT your typically everyday attorney. I hired him about 17 years ago from a simple call out of the phonebook after releasing a different attorney that was simply doing nothing on a real estate case. I was a young man that thought every attorney was the same and that is clearly not the case. I met Dan at my home as he was the 12th attorney I interviewed for the case. The 11 others that showed up were just like the first I hired. They expected to be hired just because they were an attorney. NOT Dan, he looked through all my evidence and quickly determined what the other 11 did not. That the insurance could of been sought for payment but now could not as it was over a year. I said YOUR HIRED!! What a great decision by me and Dan had NO WAY of knowing how much work he would be given over the years as my business grew into a well respected company. To be honest, he is now not only a very important part of my life but a true friend. If you want a guy to truly make them pay and protect you in the process, this is the attorney for you! Sal

Not a good experience at all. They are hardly ever available to talk to you. But when they are, they give you the run around. You leave a message with the clerk and they don't call you back. Been dealing with this issue since Labor day with still no solution in sight. Been told they completed an audit for 2 weeks. Then been told, the letter will go out in tomorrow's mail, and it's been a week and a half now with no letter... very disappointed.

Never has time to respond to e-mails or phone calls. All you get is the run around.
