I employed Baruch's law firm and had an excellent experience. His staff is attentive and reply to my requests, and Joel is generally busy with cases so replies are not immediately forthcoming, understandably. He fights and files aggressively, I know that personally. Many firms are lackluster in their performance compared to Joel's firm, from my personal experience.

Very negative experience working with Joel Baruch and his law office. After meeting with him regarding my case he had suggested and offered to draft a demand letter. I met with him in 7/2017 and was told this would be completed in 10 business days. The letter was not completed until 2/2018. That is over 7 months and was promised 10 business days! It is now the end of 4/2018 and am still struggling with his office. His email contact is late and over due each time and also condescending in tone. I would highly recommend seeking consultation elsewhere.

Used the online chat service on this website on 12/10/13 early a.m.. Chatted to a Rep, gave her all my information, email, phone, was suppose to get a call back or at least an email. nothing as of 24 hours later. Poor service, must have all the clients they need!
