Then he got my case suspended because he thought it was a smart idea to tell me not to go to a designated doctor appt. Then he had me going to some ratchet doc in irving who is actually a chiropractor and does little to nothing when it comes tp your injury. If I had the personal time to sue him I would. Steer away, be warned.

You will speak with the Office Manager and he likes to pretend HE is the attorney and when he’s wrong about something- he’ll remind you he isn’t the attorney handling your case. He sent me to a CHIROPRACTOR FOR A TORN ACL! Promising all the while this was indeed the person I needed to see although I was already being treated by a doctor AND a physical therapist. Then! Oh yes it gets better! He sends over my personal info yes SS# and all to this chiropractic clinic. A get a call from a lady who not only barely speaks English, she barely understands it. She tells me the doctor that I chose was chose by the insurance company and was OUT TO GET ME! I had to reassure her, I chose my doctor. Then she says the process works like this: you see the "doctor" (chiropractor) and he tells you about workers comp. Then in as little as TWO WEEKS you MIGHT be seen by a real doctor that may or may not refer you to a specialist. I could smell BS from a mile away. I called back that "attorney" at Sam Gupta ie office manager David to tell him I didn’t like the way that sounded and that my doctor had already been filling out forms and paperwork for me, I would like to stay with them. After my little rant he said VERBATIM "Well that makes no sense, I’m sorry but the attorney has decided not to take your case" Uh... I never spoke to the attorney?? So David decided to not represent me because I didn’t want to see THEIR "doctor". As if this whole mess wasn’t hard enough!! All I wanted was to be seen by a specialist, preferably an orthopedic surgeon for a consult on whether or not I needed surgery!!! I’ve got a torn ACL for crying out loud!
