Everything was great with them facilitating a settlement on our behalf, but after they received the money from the settlement they've canceled every meeting time they've set to give the funds for several weeks now knowing that this is causing us to be homeless very soon. When we've been able to get in touch with the lawyer we've been told we are not a priority and that we will get our money when they get it to us and be appreciative when they do. It seems since they've received their percentage of the settlement and been paid, they no longer care about seeing their clients all the way through. Forcing us to obtain legal council to get our funds we were due a month ago. Very frustrating and not at all professional.
