Mohamed was very thorough and straight forward during my free consult. I greatly appreciated his honesty and counsel. He responded to my inquiry in less than an hour, and proved to be very knowledgeable in employment litigation. Edit: After the initial consult, I paid a $1000 retainer and then decided to self negotiate with my employer. I called and asked for a partial refund because he did not do everything that was supposed to be included in the retainer. When I did not hear back, I emailed. I never received a response. Also, he asked for the first review.

I contacted Mr. Eldessouky the moment I was fired and he took my case over the phone without a problem. I didn’t have any money to give as a down payment, but you can tell he isn’t just any other attorney after peoples money, he noticed how upset I was and after telling him about how I was wrongfully fired for speaking up about work conditions he how was willing to help out in any way he could to get my case going. We filed in 2016 and went to trail in 2018, he took his time and did his homework to a furtherest extent to maximize the chance of us winning, which we did! Throughout the process the defense attorney and his client offered us money to not pursue with going to trail, and of course like a great attorney he is, he advised for us to not budge, that i deserved more and sure enough we received a compensation a lot bigger than what the defense attorney had to offer.
