I attended the Elder Law workshop today and was very, very impressed by the quality of the information and with Steve’s presentation. He made a complicated and confusing subject very understandable and entertaining! We’ve been talking about setting up a trust and now we understand how and why we should! Thank you for your time and valuable information, and I hope the other attorneys in the firm are as personable and knowledgeable as Steve!

Stefan helped us tremendously when my dad was at the end stages of his life and we were trying to figure out his estate because of his poor planning. The process isn’t easy to get someone qualified for Medicaid-it shouldn’t be. Your odds of success aren’t going to be very good-if any. Even if you employ MT Elder Law, although you are still going to have to do a lot of work and the process is long, do not get discouraged. Stefan, Joyce and Dee will guide you through the process. They will tell you exactly what to do. They are real professionals. There is nobody in the state that can do the work that they do. They are truly doing compassionate work.
