I had a very poor experience with Ross. He remained inattentive during the entire process leading up to litigation. I literally had to repeat myself over and over and constantly remind him of details and he would still forget. What is horrible is that I spent countless hours doing this while he was charging me a hefty hourly fee. He would "nickel and dime me" when it came to everything. He also came unprepared to the case and of course we did NOT prevail as he expected we would. I do not recommend him at all. He did not do his due diligence in my case and his fees were ridiculous. He would bill for himself and his associates. I received multiple double billing statements where he claimed he was billing the same rate for his associate when his associate was "working" with him. Be careful they can double bill you for 17 hours at a time. If it showed they were doing the work I would have less of a problem with it, but in my case Ross was clueless.
