Update: After my initial review, I reached out to the firm directly to address the unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had at their request. I made it clear that the behavior I encountered was unacceptable and that I hoped they would take steps to prevent such experiences for future clients. Unfortunately, their response did not reflect true accountability or integrity, which is why I am leaving my review in place. Transparency matters, and I want others to be aware before considering this firm. I had a very unsettling consultation. The woman I spoke with was not only dismissive but also abruptly escalated her tone to a disturbing aggressive level, creating an uncomfortable and hostile consultation and it was completely inappropriate. I had to address her behavior in order to move the conversation forward. This experience was unprofessional and frankly appalling. I Definately would not recommend this service based on how I was treated.

I spoke with a lawyer for a free consultation. He was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. I felt at ease when I was talking to him. There is a very high chance for me to choose Borrelli and Associates if push comes to shove.

Gave them a $10,000 deposit, was charged an extra $14,000 and counting for services rendered but they stopped representation, I'm still no closer to going back to my job. Should have read the Google reviews before I hired them. Now I'm taking them to mediation. Refuse to pay you another dime. You guys didn't do jack shit. But charge for conversations.

There aren't enough words in the English Language to express how grateful I am to have had Borrelli and Associates P.L.L.C represent me on my employment matter. This was my first time needing an employment attorney. In this particular instance, I needed an employment attorney to follow up on a very difficult matter that warranted an extremely experienced firm that handled employment law. Mr. Michael Borrelli, who is the Managing Attorney/Member of the firm assisted me on my case. He responded to each and every question I had and always gave me step by step updates on his communication with the other party. Although very difficult, Mr. Borrelli was able to settle the case in less than 90 days. I would highly recommend anyone who is seeking legal assistance with their employment matter to not hesitate on retaining the services of Borrelli and Associates PLLC. I would also like to add that all the employees at the firm that interacted with via phone and e mail were very generous, respectful and helpful. I really appreciate your help. I was unsure of what to expect when I first contacted this firm and received my free consultation. Even though the consult was supposed to be 45 minutes, the details of my matter went far longer and the attorney listened to everything that I had to say and answered all of the questions I had. After retaining Borelli and Associates I had a skilled and experienced after with me every step of the way for the entire duration of my matter. At no time was I ever unable to get in contact with the various lawyers who handled the different phases of my case, but I was also never left with any unanswered questions. I always felt that I was both a valued client as well as in good and competent hands. The attorneys at this firm fought diligently for me and despite a good deal of push back from the opposing side they brought my case to a good and just settlement. In all honesty I could not be happier with my decision to hire this firm, and I would advise anybody with an employment legal issue to do the same.

I cannot begin to express my utmost gratitude to this firm. They not only went above and beyond in pursuing my case but they were also always communicative and kept me appraised of all possible outcomes. This firm will fight for you and, in my case, they won for me, especially when nobody thought I had a hope of winning. They are the only honest law firm, in my opinion, currently operating in New York. This firm should be on the top of your list...I am lucky to have found them and am forever grateful for their expertise.

I went to B and A a few years back and turns out after consulting with Pardalis and Nohavicka, I realized that B and A would have essentially squeezed money out of me when it was not necessary to do so in the first place. Their knowledge on matters pertaining to NYC DOE discontinuances is limited. If you need lawyers who don't pretend to know how to defend educators who face the wrath of a totalitarian principal, go to nohavicka and pardalis instead. They saved me 250 dollars I would have thrown away with B and A for my 3rd consult fee. I pretty much threw away 100 dollars for my 2nd consult. It was not necessary. I was told I had exceeded a statute of limitations. BS. I had not even gotten past the first appeal for that to be the case, and they did not even realize it. Shows me they really weren't paying attention, or they just wanted to pocket money and knew how to milk me. Never again, and rude receptionist!!!
