My experience with HKM Lawyers had both positives and challenges. At times I felt my input wasn’t fully welcomed, and communication could have been more collaborative. That said, the managing partner, Artemio, personally reached out afterward to apologize and discuss my concerns, which I truly appreciated. 100% professional. Kept me up to date , and any questions or concerns were always addressed and answered fast. They truly cared about me I mattered. Steve and his team are fantastic .

Do NOT contact this company with any EEO/RA issues. Contacted them on 5/6/25 regarding an ongoing EEO issue at work, provided detailed dated information & was told an attorney would review the data and respond to me by the latest 5/9 & if I don't hear back to call them. We'll i didnt hear back so I emailed them and called - twice. Just called today 5/15/25 & was told 'sorry no attorney here can help you that's why nobody called you.' What??! How are you attorneys and especially employment attorneys - if you can't help with an EEO/RA case who CAN you help? Also CALL PEOPLE BACK!

I want to thank Artemio Guerra and Cecilia for helping me out with my case. It was a complex case and therefore it took a little longer than expected (about a year and a half to conclude) but the results were very favorable! Also, they both speak Spanish, which is a huge plus for someone that has Spanish as first language!
