I’ve been waiting since early November for a straightforward answer from this firm, and after multiple attempts to follow up, I’ve received nothing but silence. It’s disheartening that a law firm would leave a potential client hanging rather than simply communicating whether they can take the case or not. A quick yes or no would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. Instead, I’ve been met with complete silence, and that’s just not the way to treat people who come to you for help. I hope this review encourages them to consider how they handle client communication in the future clients.

If you are even contacted by Cynthia Romero, hang up immediately and ask for someone else. I sat waiting for her call at our scheduled time, when it never came through I decided to call their intake line, was hung up on. Called them directly to do a name search, FINALLY got through to her, it sounded like she just got out of bed or something. She claimed she "called me but I couldn't hear her or something." A flat out lie. My phone never rang. After our discussion, which she seemed really disinterested in, she told me I’ll hear from them in 2 days. She must have meant 2 weeks because I didn’t hear from her at all, not until I reached out first. Then I got an immediate email response of her declining my case. What a joke. I hope she’s just intake and not an actual lawyer. Her work ethic and honesty is laughable

Big on providing hope, low on follow through, at the intake stage. Was disappointed that so much private documentation and my data was requested and evaluated just to be given a response of "we dont have the resources for your case", "we cant take every case" I had to personally follow up just to get the intake to let me know the adverse decision. If you had bad news, why keep me anticipating and then the moment I call in, tell me we cant take this. 🥵 So why pry into my entire business if there are no resources for additional matters. Just let me know ab initio, you dont think? Almost like a gossip blog with the way intake went. Do better, especially on sensitive matters that you publish so much to care for, and respect the people who come forward under stress. Many thanks!!!!
