I contacted Solomon Law Firm about complex disability and employment matters and provided a detailed written summary at their request. My situation involves documented medical impairment, multiple active cases, and clear fee-shifting statutes (ADA, FMLA, ERISA). Despite that, the only concrete response I received was a demand for a $525 upfront consultation fee and a standard phone-based consult process. I explicitly explained that: I am medically unable to participate in phone calls, and my case is built around fee-shifting and contingency-appropriate claims. I requested a written intake and consideration of alternative fee structures. After that, there was no meaningful follow-up. Firms are free to set their fees. But in my experience, Solomon Law Firm did not engage with the disability accommodation request or the fee-shifting context I clearly outlined. For a firm that markets itself as handling employment and federal disability-related matters, the lack of flexibility or engagement around basic access and fee-structure issues was disappointing.

I have sought helpful employment law consult from this firm on more than one occasion.
