I wasted about an hour of my time on the phone with Alex verbally describing the nature of my complaint last Friday 1-9-2026. Alex is a paralegal with this law firm. He said he will pass my information to an Attorney. I haven’t heard anything from Alex or any Attorney from this law firm. Today is Tuesday 1-13-26 and I decided to call the law firm. Alex said that the Attorney said they wouldn’t be able to take my case. If I hadn’t called to check in on the status of this I wouldn’t have ever known anything. I asked Alex may I spotl an Attorney or a Supervisor and he refused to allow me to speak to one. I am considering contacting the bar association about this or an attorney general or someone because I feel that I am being discriminated against.
