I had the most exceptional service I could ever have received. I started with a different firm that treated me horribly and tried to charge me for matters not even related to my case while I was in shock from a violent and deeply personal incident. Jeanne Christensen responded within 45 minutes of my call, reviewed hundreds of pages of evidence and communications immediately that night, reviewed her assessment with me with sensitivity to my emotional state and immediate responsibilities to my young children, took care of everything with the prior firm so I didn’t even need to communicate with them again, and took on my case with professionalism, clarity, empathy, and absolute tenacity. Throughout the years of my complex case and personal recovery, she was available literally 24/7. She included me in every step that mattered, and protected me from involvement at every point possible. My life would have been completely different without her and the Wigdor team. I was able to personally heal and professionally recover and I cannot recommend this firm enough. They are incredible legal bulldogs in addition to highly ethical practitioners.

This review is just based off of the lack of communication I received from Brooke Payton. After speaking with me during the intake process, she told me she would follow up with me within 2-3 days. I waited. After 3 days I started to call and email her. Finally after many emails and calls she ended up emailing me back saying they couldn’t take my case. Fair. Not here to make judgment on that. But the fact that I called and called and emailed her …then to get an email from her 2 weeks later rejecting my case….And this was literally 10 minutes after I left a message for her on her voicemail. Where is her professionalism? You are an attorney. You will have to deliver good and bad news to people. You cant And shouldn’t hide behind a keyboard. My suggestion to you , is to be approachable and compassionate. Don’t make people wait. And don’t coward behind a email. Make that call to someone. A phone call goes a long way. Again this isn’t because you rejected My case. Things happen. Rejection happens. Do better Brooke.

Law firm doesn't return call, even after the receptionist on two different times stated that a lawyer would call. Don't bother calling this firm. Completely useless. I now see the reviews about this firm not being very responsive which I didn't look at prior to calling. Note to anyone, always good to first start at the reviews before wasting time calling useless firms like Wigdor LLP. UPDATE (June 7, 2022): I am not wasting more of my precious time to call your law firm again. I advise the public not to waste your precious time with Wigdor LLP. I last called on May 20, 2022 (2nd call) and the lady who answered ASSURED me a lawyer would call back. Intake questionnaire had been completed the week prior. Receptionist told me she had notified the lawyer to call. Your apology is late and not accepted. Your firm is only apologizing because I have notified people on here about how UNRESPONSIVE Wigdor LLP is. Your apology is just to pretend your firm cares when in fact your firm doesn't care and is very disorganized. Simply return call, your firm can't do it, yet you want the public to trust and hire you all.
