I am very appreciative of Josh Jewett and his involvement in my employment issue. Josh was available and had sound advice. He partnered with me to improve my situation and is respected by other attorneys. My issues took a few different twists and turns and Josh remained a great resource until everything was resolved. I would definitely recommend Josh Jewett for employment matters.

Terrible. Don't be fooled by their average rating -- heed the warnings of the low reviewers. You will note a theme. I hired the firm for a simple contract review. The date of my consultation, they showed up unprepared and asked me to reschedule yet charged me a fee for their backend communications to reschedule and didn't apply the $300 amount I'd paid toward the new appointment date. They then charged me again for the consultation, this time at a higher rate than had been disclosed. Of course, they didn't send me an invoice with this bill until 3 months later. I sent emails and called numerous times over the course of 3 more months to no avail. Good luck trying to get through on any of their phone lines. No one will call me. Horrible customer service, fraudulent billing practices, and generally disorganized. Not to mention they claimed expertise in contracts for my profession, and of course had no such experience. Truly, go anywhere else.

Terrible, I have repeatedly requested cancellation of my Registered Agent service, as I no longer use it, yet I continue to receive invoices. I have sent multiple emails, but the issue remains unresolved. This situation seems never-ending and is extremely frustrating.

I hired this firm for a case, and what I realized, after lawyer kept saying my case was going to cost more money, and then dropping me after only "finishing" the filing I started with EEOC is that this lawyer prefers to take people's cases as far as EEOC. What happened to going to lawyer ethics! Josh Jewett has no ethics! He dropped me, after I paid him a lot of money ($10,000). I had filed the EEOC paperwork. So Josh had to wait on right to sue letter, and in meantime obtain paperwork. To top it off, after I tried to get some money back, I write a letter to State Board about my experience, but because Josh knew all the right lawyer lingo, the board sited with Josh. After Josh dropped me as a client for no reason, and I had to hire another lawyer for same money, I was shocked (never having a lawyer experience prior) at the difference of lawyers and what was done on my behalf. So I absolutely know Josh unethically took my money, dropped me, and didn't care! I was not familiar with google reviews or I would have wrote this review earlier to at least educate potential clients before hiring this lawyer! Definitely buyer beware; ask questions; lots of questions, and compare lawyers!!

They are listed very high and rated very high, but definitely was not my experience. One big issue was they switched my "main" attorney point of contact more than once. And I had to consistently go over my case to 3 different attorneys at different times when they switched me, starting from square one explaining the story. Of course being charged for the phone calls and emails to explain what was already understood by the prior one. Bills got so I high I asked to switched from hourly, and Ben was helpful with that switch. But It was very inconsistent working with the " team" lead to issues and holes with the case they presented.to the EEOC. When reaching out to Ben he was unaware the case had not resolved when it was feeling like no progression was being made. Which than he gave me a different attorney but stated he was " adding" an attorney to help the case move forward. But really it was just another one to explain everything to allllll over again. Over all poor communication. Joel not my favorite personally. Just overall felt like the dropped the ball. They are " polite" but that doesn’t help you win.

Very glad I was referred to Pierce Jewett, PLLC. Was facing some challenges in finding an attorney or team who is capable of meeting my needs. Very grateful for the help and guidance I have obtained with this team as it was my first time dealing with a legal matter. They make things very simple to understand and are very kind!
