Above all, she is down to earth, personable, professional and honest. She is not going to waste your time by selling you a dream. If she accepts your case, its because you actually have one. She treats you with respect and allows you to weigh in on transpires-she does act as the final authority. She will give her recommendations, but it is clear that it is your case. I have not had the best history will similar firms but I am VERY happy with my experience at Burton Law Firm from the very first call to the very last correspondence. Thank you, Jocelyn.

Great website but, not the best at customer service. I called and presented my case. After listening for over ten minutes, a woman who was not a lawyer or paralegal didn't stop me but instead waited for me to finish to tell me that I had to fill out an online application explaining the details of my case and a lawyer would get back to me. I filled out the online form. I received a confirmation, and I waited. 8 days later I called for an update. The same women answered the phone and told me to wait longer with no new information being added. Two days later, I called back, same result. A day after that, I got an email form letter rejecting my case. No explanation or reason offered. I'm not a fan. I needed help and I just had my time wasted.

I was shocked to see Burton employment law not having many reviews. This law firm handled my very difficult cult case couple years ago and reached a settlement out of court. They were great, communication was clear and timely . I felt they truly fought for me and knew the law. Many issues were discovered I had no idea were laws being broken in regard to my employment case. I highly recommend Burton Employment Law.

Contacted after viewing the great website, spoke with Helen she was prompt to send me an intake never heard back. Called a week after to follow up she was busy on the other line never got a call back.

Rude behavior bad attitude, told me to go to another law firm when I only ask to speak to a lawyer. They need to fire Helen if this is the representation of her to the company don’t ever come to this company
