Worst representation Ever, Ben Ashworth failed at my case and we had to settle for pennies on the dollar, first he was not prepared and thorough, nor had my best interest at heart. IN my opinion, he only wanted to maximize his financial gain, period. 1. We went to mediation with the mediator being picked was a best buddy buddy friend of the defense lawyer. That was so naive of him to accept that knowing it. 2. Within minutes the mediator shot a BIG hole in our argument because I did not start another job during the lawsuit and Ben was both surprised and unaware, until it was brought to his attention, and his answer "I don't know what made me think you were working" 3. He was passive and did not push back causing me as an average citizen to defend for myself. 4. We ended up being played and maniplulated and settled for pennsies on the dollar. 5. He did not even advise me that me agreeing to mediation meant I am obligated to accept the poor outcome. 6. The only part he is insistent upon, was his legal fees and he did not budge on those. They were outrageous for the few hours he spent on the case and his poor prep. Seek advise elsewhere, very poor experience despite having a Rock Solid Case.
