Weisberg Law, and in particular Attorney DiJiacomo, are amazing. Not only did they obtain an excellent result on my lawsuit, I sent family members to Attorney DiJiacomo regarding two different lawsuits. Attorney DiJiacomo was very comforting through the process while being a bulldog in the courtroom. My family and I had difficult cases that Weisberg Law handled superbly!

I will echo the sentiments of others here, don’t waste your time. I scheduled a consultation, but no one called until late in the evening. When I returned the call next day, I was rushed off the phone and asked to provide availability for later that night. The attorney never called back. After the third rescheduled consultation time, I received a voicemail stating that, due to their fees, it wouldn’t make sense to pursue the case. This should have been communicated upfront when I first called their firm, rather than requiring multiple reschedules without ever speaking to an attorney. While I can’t speak to their legal competence, the lack of professionalism was clear. Based on that alone, I would not recommend them.

These attorneys are truly the best. My business case went on for years, but they stayed committed and helped me get the outcome I deserved. I’ll definitely be returning to them in the future.

In retrospect, I should have read this firm’s reviews first before scheduling a consultation call with them. The 2 attorneys who call me were rude and condescending. They acted as if I should have known the answer to the issue for which I was in need of legal advice. And then they stated quoting their fees. So inappropriate! I mean, are they broke or something.

Matthew Weisburg is extremely rude and very Unprofessional. Missed initial scheduled meeting. Tried to set a meeting on a Sunday and then called out of the blue demanding to speak then. No professional courtesy. Talked over me during the entire consultation. I can see why his reviews look the way they do. He's not just a terrible attorney, he's a terrible person!
