I am happy to pay for good legal help - but this is not the place for that. After weeks of asking them if they made any progress, I finally was forced to cancel with them when no progress was being made on a very simple request to write a letter. Since they had achieved zero results, I assumed I would get my entire retainer back, but when that didn't show up, I had to email multiple times. I got a reply each time with nothing but excuses. When I finally did get a letter with what I thought would be the retainer, I was shocked to see they decided to nickel and dime me for one call and some emails. They made no apologies for the lack of progress - and charged me 77% of my retainer to do nothing but waste three months of my time. Cannot recommend.
