I would like to express my appreciation to a few of Simon & Simon's attorneys. I've been working with them for a while now and we finally came to a conclusion yesterday and I just wanted to say that they were all awesome. Their names are Ryan Flaherty, Mary McCarthy, and Alison Henderson who is the Paralegal and was also on top of any questions I had. They were a great team to work with, and if you're in need I would definitely recommend them.

Ryan did a fantastic job for my husband. He was very thorough and made the process very easy for us. Allison was also very helpful and patient with working around scheduling appointments. If it weren’t for Ryan we would not have been successful. I would highly recommend him and his team.

If I can give them a negative star review best believe that's exactly what they getting a negative 5 star review. This law firm and their lawyers are all a joke! I've contacted them to represent me for my car accident that I was involve back October 3,2024. And I never got an answer had to wait weeks or I had to leave a message they they will call me back weeks later or 3 days later never with any updates. The insurance company who I was suring was calling me to settle out but saw I had a lawyer so I had to get in contact with Simon & Simon and told them. It took them another 6 months to tell me that they are dropping my case. What Type of lawyer are these people. Nothing but lazy and unprofessional

UPDATE!!! I previously put a review on here about how unfair my settlement was. My legal fees were over $9,000 on my settlement. Of that over $8,000 was for the Drs fees. The Dr I paid over $8,000 too and only met one time for less than 15 minutes somehow missed how messed up my ankle was. A recent MRI shows that I have one ligament completely torn off and another one torn 95% off the way through and they have been for years. The tendons are severely damaged and I have to have major surgery to fix my ankle and it will take at minimum of 6 months to heal. Just a caution to anyone would consider this law firm for any kind of accident.

Ryan and his team worked to get me the settlement I deserved. They are very responsive and kept me up to date on the case. The process took time, but was extremely easy. I’m thankful they were in my corner and would recommend them to anyone.

This company is a completed rip off. Run away. It took 2 years for them to settle my car insurance case. Out of $21,500.00 I got $2300.00! They took more than 40 percent in attorney fees and legal fees. I only spoke to someonemaybe 2 times. They never answered the phone and hardly ever answer questions I has. Never even tried to go after everything they could have. Do not do business with them.

They wasted 5 months, and someone could have actually been working on my case. They told me that the accident photos didn't support my injuries and dropped my case, after 5 months!!!! You never should have taken my case. I would never recommend them or their services.
