July 17, 2023 When our father died in 2022, we needed to sell a business property in Pittsford, NY. For real estate legal matters our father had used Frank Hagelberg from Boylan Code LLP in the past. When we reached out to Frank he was most supportive and accommodating in guiding us through the process . Unfortunately , a few deals fell through and Frank then had Alan Feldstein take over our work . Alan was helpful, accessible and worked tirelessly with the buyer and his representative to finally close the sale. Others on the team included Michael Buckley, an expert on title concerns and Sr Paralegal Carolyn Frame who kept us up to speed with all the paperwork as the closing date arrived. It took the whole team from Boylan Code to complete the sale and we appreciate their hard work on our behalf. Michael Buckley (rude) sucks as an attorney and needs to retire. I didn't get any response to numerous contacts made to various partners and staff. I first went to this office in January for estate & probate and my case was at a standstill! I am no further ahead then when I first went there...no closure. So frustrated that I picked up my paperwork and went to another lawyer. STAY AWAY!

Terribly handled a simple case. Disrespectful and will avoid talking to their clients. Very sad. The have gone downhill the past 3 years or so. Not sure what has happened to this firm.
