Worked with Matt on a failure to disclose situation in real estate. Matt was very proficient in understanding the facts, built out a strong strategy with contingency, and guided me through the entire process. He is very professional, experienced, and knows how to get things done right the first time. I would highly recommend working with Matt. Hopefully, I don't run into any more challenges, but if I do, Matt would be the first one I would call.

Not satisfied with their services. Initially we were lead to believe that we will get a handsome compensation for our improperly built homes. But as the trial progressed the tone changed to us getting smaller and smaller amounts. Finally, the builder decide to just make all the repairs and not give any cash compensation. To which Schoech law group replied that, the builders "have the right to do so". Well if that was the case why the heck did we initiate a trial to begin with. Clearly, it showed time and time again these guys really didn't know what they were doing. Throughout the whole trial we never once got to talk to the attorney directly, It was ALL routed thru the clerks. At the end when we were able to settle for a very disappointingly low amount, Schoech law group took 81% of the total distribution claiming that 33% was attorney fees and the rest was just "cost" !!! I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Try to find somebody else more experience and MAKE SURE YOU CLARIFY WITH WHICHEVER ATTORNEY U CHOOSE AS TO HOW MUCH PERCENTAGE THEY WILL TAKE FOR THEIR FEES AND HOW MUCH WILL THEY CHARGE FOR THEIR SO CALLED "COST".

Called looking for a lawyer and they told me my case wasn’t worth it to them because "my life hadn’t been effected" enough for them to care. I’d continue to look for another lawyer. Since they don’t want the business.
