Before your appointment, you’re asked to fill out a form and provide additional relevant details via email. Here’s the frustrating part: during the session, you sit with the lawyer for the agreed time, but they seem to repeat the same questions you already answered in the form and email. From my experience, it didn’t seem like the lawyer had reviewed any of the provided information beforehand. They kept asking questions that they should already have had answers to if they’d taken the time to read my submissions. In my opinion, this process isn’t a good use of money, as it feels redundant and inefficient.

I received a call for screening from them and told the lady who called I could not afford their $150-$250 because I'd been out of work she said they charged this for assessment and then she hung up in my face. I thought they were a contingency firm, I guess not. But they're rude. Who does that?!

Run away fast. You get tossed to so many different people and lawyers until everything is so unorganized. Patricia Jochum Is a joke and liar. They will waste your time and money. Find other lawyers because you will regret choosing them I promise.
