This was my first arbitration and Amy reinforced all of the negative items I have heard about arbitrations. I will never sign an important contract with an arbitration clause again after my experience with her.

She’s a horrible arbitrator. Stay away from her . All she cares about is billing outrageous amount of money for doing a dismal service.
