I could not have had a better experience. Amy Maloney immediately empathized with my situation and made me feel validated and worth advocating for. Throughout our case she encouraged me, kept me updated, and even made me laugh in the midst of something that was traumatic. Never did I feel patronized or "dumb" for the questions I had. She made me feel like my experience was worth fighting for and I could never thank her enough for that. All this to say, she did also achieve the goal she had for my case, in a timely manner.
